Analyze smart device data to gain insight into how consumers are using their smart device

Goal

Identify potential opportunities for growth and recommendations for the Bellabeat marketing strategy improvement based on trends in smart device usage

Data

For this project, I have use FitBit Fitness Tracker Data.This Kaggle data set contains personal fitness tracker from thirty fitbit users. Thirty eligible Fitbit users consented to the submission of personal tracker data, including minute-level output for physical activity, heart rate, and sleep monitoring. It includes information about daily activity, steps, and heart rate that can be used to explore users’ habits.

Process

In order to analyze the FitBit Fitness Tracker data and generate insights out of it, we followed the a process that looked at the data using:

  • Cleaing and sorting the data using MS excel.
  • Analyze the data have to perform various SQL functionalities like JOINS, TEMP TABLE TABLES to get the insight.
  • Create dashboard in Tableau
  • Documentation of this project in RMarkdown , also with complete analyzes of the project in R
